Head down Furnival Road with the Hilton Hotel on your right & The Royal Victoria Hotel on your left, straight on at the traffic lights across Derek Dooley Way (dual carriageway). When you have gone through the traffic lights, you are on Effingham Road, continue straight on. You will come to a fork in the road & see a red brick building with a Cromwell Tools sign on, keep the building to your left. To enter the courtyard from Effingham Road, turn left into Waverley Works through the large blue metal gates into the courtyard, our unit can be found in the top right-hand corner – this can be identified by my grey & orange logo beside the door labelled 2a.

The studio is located in a unit in the buildings of “Cromwell Tools,” between Effingham Street & Effingham Road.

Although parking can be at times limited, it is available within the courtyard or on the roads outside.
